These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with our Privacy Policy and Refund and Cancellation Policy, form a binding agreement between AUTOOM STUDIO (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED (“Autoom Studio”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and you (“you” or “your”).
They apply to our websites (including mp3studio.in and autoomstudio.com), our business services, and our Android app MP3 Studio (together, the “Services”).
By using the Services, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law. If you use the Services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation.
3. Autoom Studio business services
Where you engage us for consulting, automation, development, marketing, or other professional services:
- A separate proposal, statement of work, or contract may apply and prevail over these Terms if there is a conflict.
- You must provide accurate information and timely cooperation we reasonably need to deliver the work.
- Fees, timelines, and deliverables are as agreed in writing.
- Refunds and cancellations for those engagements follow our Refund and Cancellation Policy and any signed agreement.
- Work product and IP terms are as set out in the applicable contract; unless otherwise agreed, we retain our pre-existing tools, frameworks, and know-how.
4. Websites
Our websites may describe services, products, and company information. Content is provided for general information and may change without notice. Websites may link to third-party sites; those sites have their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them.
5. MP3 Studio
5.1 The app
MP3 Studio is a music player and studio for audio files stored on your Android device. Features may include playback, playlists, clips, duplicate review, on-device vocal separation, metronome, and sing-along. Features and availability may change as we update the app.
5.2 Account
- You must sign in with a Google account. There is no guest mode.
- You are responsible for the Google account you use and for activity under your MP3 Studio account.
- You must provide accurate profile information where requested.
- We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, abused the Services, or created risk for other users or for us.
- You may delete your account in the app as described in the Privacy Policy.
5.3 Your content and local media
- You are responsible for the audio and other files you access with MP3 Studio.
- You must only use media you have the right to use.
- We do not claim ownership of your music files, playlists, stems, or recordings on your device.
- You agree not to use the app to infringe copyright or other rights, or to distribute unlawful content.
5.4 Plans and trial
- Accounts may be on Free, Trial, or Pro, as decided by our servers.
- New eligible accounts may receive a one-time trial with Pro-level features for a limited period (currently up to 30 days), subject to fair-use and anti-abuse limits (including limits per email and device).
- Free accounts may have feature limits (for example weekly vocal separation limits).
- Plan details shown in the app control what you currently have access to.
5.5 Pro subscription and payments
- Pro is a paid subscription. Current list prices in India are ₹99 per month or ₹999 per year, unless a different price is shown at checkout.
- Payments are processed by PayU. We do not receive or store your full card or UPI secrets.
- Before you pay, the app shows whether you are setting up autopay (recurring) or a manual (one-off) payment, and the amount and interval.
- Autopay: you pay for the first period now; renewals are charged on the same cycle until you cancel. Your bank or UPI app may ask you to approve the mandate once.
- Manual: you pay for one period; it does not renew by itself (we may remind you before it ends).
- Switching between monthly and yearly (when offered) starts the new interval after the current paid period; amounts are not prorated or refunded for the unused portion of a switch.
- Taxes: prices are as shown at checkout; any applicable taxes are handled as disclosed in the payment flow or as required by law.
5.6 Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the Services except as allowed by law
- Bypass plan limits, payment, or account controls
- Use automated means to create accounts or abuse trials
- Harass others or use the Services for illegal activity
5.7 Intellectual property
MP3 Studio, our logos, and our software (excluding open-source components distributed under their own licences, and excluding your own media) are owned by Autoom Studio or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial use in line with these Terms, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
5.8 Disclaimer
MP3 Studio and related websites are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or file format.
5.9 Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Autoom Studio and its directors, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for claims relating to MP3 Studio in any twelve-month period is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for Pro in that period, or (b) ₹1,000. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is forbidden).
6. Changes to the Services or Terms
We may update the Services and these Terms from time to time. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date (and, where appropriate, notice in the app or on the website). Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms, except where law requires a different process.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time and may delete your MP3 Studio account in the app. We may suspend or end access for breach, legal risk, or discontinuation of a product. Sections that by nature should survive (including IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) survive termination.
8. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
