Overview
Because MP3 Studio lets you create an account, Google Play requires a public way to request account deletion. This page explains how to ask us to delete your account and which data is removed or kept. Also see the Privacy Policy.
How to request
- Prefer the in-app account deletion option if your installed version includes one.
- Or use the Contact form and choose topic Privacy or data request.
- Or email [email protected] from the address registered on the account with the subject “Delete MP3 Studio account”.
- Include the email on the account and any Google sign-in address so we can verify the request.
We aim to confirm receipt and complete deletion within a reasonable period, and within timelines required by applicable law.
What is removed
- Account profile data such as name, email and photo on our servers
- Plan, subscription and billing state tied to the account
- AI usage counts and related job references on our servers
What may be kept
We may retain limited records where required for legal, tax, accounting or fraud-prevention purposes (for example payment references held by PayU under their policies). Contact-form messages you sent may be retained for support history unless you also ask us to erase them.
Files on your device
Music, playlists, separated stems and sing-along recordings on your phone are not stored on our servers. Uninstalling the app or deleting files on the device is under your control and is separate from account deletion.
